Rates for the Summer Season 2012  April 16th-December 31 2012
  • Midweek $165.00 (Sun-Thurs)*
  • Weekend $185.00*
  • Weekly rates available    * Holidays and Major Event Dates slightly higher (see below)

All rates are single or double
Extra persons: Adults- $35.00 each to cover the extra costs involved.

The rates for Christmas Week and  the dates for New Years Eve and New Years Day ,Easter are the same as our high season weekend rates: $185.00 per   night plus tax. Discounts from the summer rates given in low and shoulder season, and for long term rentals.

*Certain high demand dates,for example Thanksgiving,Christmas ,Nascar, , Vintage Festival etc,  are  higher. *plus city tax of 10%.

Minimum Stay
2-night minimum on weekends . Occasionally we will take a one-night reservation but must add $35.00 for the extra cleaning charges involved.

Other Amenities:
Egyptian cotton towels, 100% cotton sheets, down pillows, iron, hair dryer, free snacks and drinks,
free wifi, ipod/itouch player-charger
Payment and Deposit Policy:
A Deposit must be made in advance by check. To keep our prices low,  we do not take credit cards. We request a $50.00 deposit.

We will hold your reservation for 5 days from the day of booking, to allow time for your deposit to arrive.

Cancellations: Cancel within 7 days of arrival for a full refund if the space can be re-booked,less a $50.00 re-booking fee.

Check in: 4pm or by arrangement
Check out: 11 am or by arrangement
Smoking Policy: The entire suite is non-smoking. There is a smoking area set up in the garden. We are quite serious about this policy.

Children of all ages are very welcome here.

Pets: Sorry we do not accept pets of any kind(well,ok if you are traveling with your pet goldfish!)
